Norm Coating's İzmir facilities are located in two separate locations within the Atatürk Organized Industrial Zone.

Our coating facility, spread over a total area of 22,000 square meters, offers various coating services. It includes 1 zinc phosphate coating line, 1 zinc nickel coating line, 1 technical cleanliness line, 1 wet/powder painting line, 1 hydrogen embrittlement relief oven, 7 zinc flake coating lines, and 10 adhesive coating lines.

Our other coating facility serves our business partners on a total area of 17,000 square meters. It features 1 zinc coating line, 1 hydrogen embrittlement relief oven, and 5 zinc flake coating lines.

Norm Coating's İzmir Packaging facility was established in 2015 in the İzmir Atatürk Organized Industrial Zone.

Covering a total area of 2,000 square meters, the facility provides packaging services to all our customers with an annual capacity of 43,000 tons.

Norm Coating's Salihli facilities are located in two separate locations within the Salihli Organized Industrial Zone.

Our Salihli coating facility operates within a total of 24,000 square meters of indoor space. It includes 2 zinc coating lines, 1 zinc nickel coating line, 6 zinc flake coating lines, and 4 adhesive coating lines. With our new investments scheduled to be completed in 2023, we plan to establish 1 additional zinc coating line, 1 zinc nickel coating line, and 1 zinc flake coating line.

Our other coating facility, situated on a total area of 3,500 square meters, provides zinc coating services for our business partners. It features 3 zinc coating lines, 1 Hydrogen Embrittlement Relief Oven, and is dedicated to the zinc coating of screws produced by Norm Fasteners, one of our holding companies.

Our Norm Coating Sakarya facility was established in 2022 in the Arifiye district of the Sakarya 1st Organized Industrial Zone.

Covering a total area of 18,000 square meters, the facility has an annual capacity of 1,000,000 square meters for rack zinc and rack zinc nickel plating. It primarily serves the automotive industry, including OEM’s and Tier’s 1, Tier 2’s , as well as the machinery and furniture sectors. The facility provides coating services for sheet metal parts and casting parts.

In early 2024, we plan to further increase the coating capacity with investments in cataphoresis and powder coating within our facility.
